Absolutely perfect place with great and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast. it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by the stunning interior design – it was simply breathtaking. The interior was inviting and elegant, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation.
The swimming pool is surrounded by lush greenery and adorned with stylish decor, it was like a serene oasis in the middle of the city.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience. It's truly a gem with its stunning interior, fantastic amenities, and top-notch service.

I've been to literally 20 hotels in the past few months throughout South Asia and this one was the best of any. Truly exceeded my expectations. I was very impressed with every bot of my time there.

Sukhothai old city is an absolute must for any traveler to the north of Thailand, Just as Chiang Mai is supposedly. We didn't have enough time. It is an archeological wonder, ancient and a great education on the beginnings of Siam. Stay 3 nights. First night eat in town. Day 1 Do the museum and main Wat in the old city, and then eat 2nd night outside with the locals at the sidewalk market. On a rattan mat. Wonderful experience. Day 2 Do the main archeological site. Its huge. Rent a bike or golf cart. DONT WALK. Stay out of the sun. Lots of shade, but not everywhere. There are 2 other sites adjacent for separate entry you can tack on if you are really gung ho. Night 3, eat in town again. Laundry, massages, food, is REALLY CHEAP. BUT, you need to take a bus or taxi to get there from New Sukhothai OR PHITSANULOK which is an hour away by car. Which you can get to by train, or plane. If you take the train, its slow, and if you are in 3rd or 2nd class there is NO AIRCONDITIONING AND THE WINDOW AND DOORS ARE OPEN. It could be a great experience, or very bothersome. And dusty and buggy. And noisy. Or take a bus. This is not liable to change anytime soon. Pace yourself, it gets hot as hades in Thailand.

The UNESCO world heritage site in a must see.
The UNESCO world heritage site in a must see. The old ruins are amazing, but for us what was the bonus was the large maintained trees around the park, and water features give an all round old historic, beautiful park atmosphere. There are numerous places to rent bicycles, for very economical rates. We were able to bike around very easily, nice paved roads, and once you are off the main road, traffic is light, so it makes riding around very nice. like a good ride in the country!

First of all, this is a paradise for history lovers and archaeologists. The public security of this small city is very good. In fact, it is not hot for a period of time in the early morning every day, but it is very suitable to cover the quilt.

Its an ancient city and I would highly recommend people to visit it. Most people don't travel to small cities in Thailand but this city has so much ancient history, its a must to understand Thailand and its culture. The king from here started the Thai script and pushed for the language to thrive. Its a must if you visit Thailand.

Sukhothai is a nice city nested in an enchanting greenery region. If you like nature, splendid trees, historical ruins, legends, people smiling, good food and a relaxing atmosphere... it is the right place
- BEST RESORT IN SUKHOTHAI!
- Amazing views from the balcony
- Comfortable beds
- Super quiet and peaceful
- Good food at the restaurant! This is rare in Thailand. So many times a nice resort here misses the mark on the food, definitely not the case here.
- Beautiful grounds
- Clean pool with not too much chlorine - nice!
- Kind, helpful staff
- Great location, right down the street from the park
- right next door to an 800 year-old ancient Chedi (temple)
The resort is very close to the historical site and provides bicycles to visit it independently.
Rooms are very spacious and clean, and you feel surrounded by nature (with "frogs concerts" during the night). The swimming pool was super relaxing at the end of the day.
What really made the difference though was the kindness and availability of the host. Highly recommended if you are in Sukhothai.
Quiet, charming hotel. Breakfast buffet was very nice. Staff was helpful and gracious. They helped us arrange a driver for some sightseeing. We stayed at this resort over the New Year's holiday. It was easy to walk back and forth from the hotel to the historic park. The bicycles were in rough shape and could use some maintenance or replacement. Our room was spacious and pretty.
The staffs Bank and A.K. are SUPER! They were very helpful and always took care of every single details that guests may need! Location is 5-10 mins bicycle ride to downtown, as well as very close to the historical park! Breakfast was really yummy, the room was very clean and smelled nice. I will definitely come back and also recommend for a happy stay in Sukhothai.
Restaurant menu is good; the food tasty and reasonably priced - included buffet breakfast great; hotel grounds beautifully laid out. Pool big enough to do some lengths; rooms spacious and clean. Massive plus points to the staff who were friendly, from the management to the pool cleaners and very helpful.
The breakfast was very good and tasty, there were Thai dessert too. The owner is very attentive and can tell that he is very devoted to his service to his guest 👍🏼 he speaks very good English too. the room and bed were comfy and room is BIG too. Will stay at the hotel again if I return to Sukhothai.
I lost my luggage including my traveling docs at the hotel. The hotel staff was patient enough to help me out. And arranged the delivery of my luggage to Bangkok on the other day. It was great I could make my trip on time. Many thanks for your kind arrangement and help.
The owner, Joum, and her family are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and the location were wonderful. The hotel is only a two-minute bicycle ride, or a 3-5 mins walk, away from the entrance to the Old Sukhothai Park, restaurants, bike rentals, and a shop.
Warmly welcomed and ideally located in a very quiet street in Sukhothai's old town. The hotel is made up of several buildings, including the reception and three upstairs rooms in a traditional Thai teak house. It's a wonderful experience to be able to stay here.
Likes: Attentive owner and staff, very clean and spacious room, well-thoughout property design, convenient restaurant / dining area, location can't be beat. All around, truly one of the best places I stayed during my eight weeks in Thailand. Fantastic value.
We loved everything about our stay at Baan Georges Hotel. Luc is a fabulous host. The location is perfect for visiting the Sukhothai Historical Park. The accommodation and pool is beautiful and breakfast is delicious. Cannot recommend highly enough.
The room and bathroom are very spacious and confortable. The swimming pool is also wide with a jacuzzi. Breakfast is good and local. Nice reception ! Bike are available on site (for free) and the hotel is cosy with only 9 rooms.
We booked this hotel last minute and they had a room ready for us upon our arrival! The hotel has a very beautiful common area, with lots of plants and flowers. The breakfast was good and the room was comfortable.
The hotel is incredibly beautiful and the staff very attentive. In particular, I loved the architecture, the swimming pool and the food in the restaurant which was excellent. It's really 11/10 :)
All of the hotel staff were extremely helpful in helping us organize our transfers and even purchased tickets for us to the Sukhothai Light and Sound show in the old city during the festival.
